Installation
Getting Radianse Installed
From order to go-live, here is what the installation process looks like. Most clubs are up and running the same day the software install is scheduled.

Place your order
Your order is placed with the Radianse team.

Hardware is delivered
Radianse hardware ships directly to your club.

Install the hardware
Your club technician or staff install the hardware on site.

Schedule your install
Call or email Radianse Support to book your software install.
Book at least 48 hours ahead -

Software install and testing
A Radianse technician works with you over the phone to install the software, configure your schedules, and test each amenity.

Staff training
Radianse provides phone based training so your team is confident operating the system from day one.
Compatibility
Amenity Compatibility
Each amenity is controlled through either a T-Max (TMAX) manager or a Radianse Wi-Fi tag. Some support either option, shown as Any. The table below lists the key required for each amenity.
